Cancellation and Refund Policy

For the purpose of this Cancellation and Refund Policy, “we”, “us”, “our” shall mean Tatwamasi Seva Samajam. “You”, “your”, “donor” shall mean any individual or organization making a donation through our platform.

1. Donations

All donations made to Tatwamasi Seva Samajam are voluntary and non-refundable. Once a donation has been received and processed successfully, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

2. Duplicate Transactions

In case of an accidental or duplicate donation, please contact us within 7 working days with proof of the transaction. Upon verification, we may issue a refund for the duplicate amount only.

3. Failed Transactions

If a payment fails due to a technical error and the amount has been debited from your account, the same will be automatically refunded by the payment gateway (Razorpay) to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

4. Dispute Resolution

For any refund or dispute-related queries, please contact us at tatwamasisevasamajam@gmail.com with your transaction details. All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
